Cavenaghi Disappointed at River

Fernando Cavenaghi has said that it has been one of the worst years for River Plate. The striker made his move to the Argentine side permanent in the summer transfer window, and he has been one of the star performers of the club so far. This is his second spell at the Argentine club after his short spell in Europe came to an end in the summer. He has so far made 17 appearances for the club and has scored 13 goals in the process. He also said that it is extremely important for a club like River Plate to be in the top flight of the Argentine football. River Plate is one of the well supported clubs in Argentina, but they were relegated for the first time in their history recently.
